Alyssa has spent over 20 years structuring complex financial partnerships with a focus on co-brand programs for airlines, retailers, hotels/gaming, car manufacturers, and financial institutions. An attorney by trade, she also helps our clients structure best-in-class partnership agreements to ensure program sustainability and balance. Prior to Summit Path, Alyssa spent 17 years at Partner Advisors leading the deal structure team for many of the largest co-brand and affinity programs in the country such as JetBlue, Fidelity, Starwood, American Automobile Association, Caesar’s, and BJ’s. She held prior positions at Chase Card Services and First USA and began her legal career at Brown Rudnick, LLP. Alyssa has a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
Chip has spent the past 15 years helping organizations design and build financial solutions to drive customer loyalty, generate incremental revenue and improve financial wellness. Prior to Summit Path, Chip spent 13 years at Partner Advisors. While there, he helped launch, restructure and grow many co-brand and affinity programs including Edward Jones, Motley Fool and AAA. He also was the head of Decision Intelligence at Cinch Financial working with Data Scientists and Engineers building financial wellness software. Prior to Partner Advisors and Cinch, he managed the New York and Connecticut Group Benefit Sales office for The Hartford. Chip has a B.A. from Hamilton College in Economics and Government and an MLA in Management from Harvard University Extension School.
